Facts only: phone numbers, program names, application links, and fetch dates may be shared. The eligibility and seasonDates fields hold sentences copied from the pages; they are kept for internal review and must not be redistributed. The pages are Delaware state works, but we could not read their terms of use (the build network blocks delaware.gov), so do not share page text. Facts are unverified until a person reviews them.

Each file is built from OpenDover's database when you download it. In the CSV files, text that a spreadsheet would
treat as a formula (starting with =, +, @ or -) begins with an apostrophe so it opens as plain text. The JSON files
hold the values exactly.
