Files
-----
- crime_history_months.csv and crime_history_months.json: ori, month, violent, property, source_url, updated_at
- crime_history_years.csv and crime_history_years.json: ori, year, population, violent, property, violent_months, property_months, source_url, updated_at

Each file is built from OpenDover's database when you download it. In the CSV files, text that a spreadsheet would
treat as a formula (starting with =, +, @ or -) begins with an apostrophe so it opens as plain text. The JSON files
hold the values exactly.
