Whether the Dover Housing Authority and Delaware State Housing Authority pages say their public housing or Housing Choice Voucher waiting lists are open or closed, read once a day, with the date and page, and every change found between readings.

Only the Delaware State Housing Authority's waitlist status is shared: whether its Housing Choice Voucher list is open, and when that changed. The Dover Housing Authority's terms forbid republishing its content, so its rows are left out.
