Dollar amounts, phone numbers, deadlines, open or closed wording, and posted fund balances read once a day from City of Dover, Kent County, and Delaware pages about home buying, home repair, and college money, with the date and page each came from, and every change found between readings.

Each file is built from OpenDover's database when you download it. In the CSV files, text that a spreadsheet would
treat as a formula (starting with =, +, @ or -) begins with an apostrophe so it opens as plain text. The JSON files
hold the values exactly.
